In a Zoom meeting with Ernesto and Carlos of ‘Yo Soy Tu Mismo’ (a group of Spanish devotees of Bhagavan Sri Ramana) on 7th September 2021, Michael James answers the questions:
‘How can one remain attentive to the Self while keeping one's eyes open and conversing / listening to someone without the attention becoming somewhat scattered away from full Self-awareness? To what extent is it important to first consolidate self-attentiveness in moments of solitude so that later on it will come naturally to remain in oneself in the midst of activities?’
While answering these questions Michael refers to and/or discusses the following passages from Bhagavan’s works:
Nāṉ Ār? paragraph 11
Bhagavad Gītā Sāram verse 27
